CALLING ALL ROADIES! We're taking the show on the road. We need You. Students have been working so hard, preparing for the 2018 field show competition season and now it's time to help them get to the finish line! If you are planning on attending the competitions, please sign up to be a part of the Road Crew! The students need help getting their props, pit instruments, and drum major stands onto and off the field in a timely manner. In field show competitions, timing is of the essence so be prepared to move rather quickly. We will also need drivers to help get all their equipment to and from the competition site. Even if you can't make all the competitions.
Pit Crew Roadie- We'll need parents to assist the front ensemble with carrying instruments, plugging in equipment, and helping roll out and set up the drum major stands.
Prop Roadie- We'll need parents to assist getting the props on/off the field.
Panel Roadie- We will need parents to help build and carry the front panels to/from the field.
Uniform Volunteer Roadie
Trailer Towing Roadie
Uhaul Driver Roadie - Drivers to get equipment to and from the competition site.

We will use SignUp.com to organize our upcoming SignUps for the competitions we will be performing in.
Here's how it works in 3 easy steps:
1) A volunteer sign-up will be distributed via email prior to each competition.
2) Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like.
3) Sign up! It's Easy - you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.com.
Note: SignUp.com does not share your email address with anyone. If you prefer not to use your email address, please contact me and I can sign you up manually.
