Our Grub Club is responsible for feeding 190 musicians, Color Guard, coaches, staff and volunteers prior to each field show competition. Liz and Laura, our wonderful co-chairs, coordinate the menu and dedicate 15-20 hours the day before and on the day of the event to ensure everyone is fed prior to competition and provide our performers and support staff with a snack after competition. Volunteers are needed to help setup and serve the students. A volunteer sign-up will be distributed via email prior to each competition.
Grub Club is funded through the Music Booster Organization, with a specified line item in the budget. Contributions from all members are appreciated. Payments can be made through the Band Room mailbox or online.
